We inspect siding, trim, flashings, surface drainage, walkways, garage, decks. We inspect windows, doors, cabinets, walls, ceilings, floors, steps, ceilings, and installed kitchen appliances.

We Inspect service drop, entrance conductors, cables, raceways, fixtures, panels, outlets, grounding, main disconnects, switches, subpanels, and GFCI's

We inspect your entire home for signs of moisture/water intrusion,  pests, and any signs of wood destroying organisms.

Termites, Carpenter Ants, Mice, Wasps

We inspect interior water supply, plumbing supply, hot water tanks, vents, drain, waste, and vent systems. Hot water supply systems, sewage ejectors, sump pumps, and any related piping.

Your home inspection covers your roof. Roofing materials, drainage systems, flashing, skylights, chimneys, and roofing penetrations are all inspected. 

We will inspect kitchen, laundry, and bathroom exhaust systems. Vapor barriers and insulation in unfinished spaces along with ventilation of attics and foundation areas. 

As part of your inspection, we will inspect all heating and air conditioning equipment along with the vent systems, distribution systems, thermostats, and energy sources that accompany them.

As part of your inspection, we will inspect and identify any issues concerning the structure and foundation of the home.
